I ordered 2 for the living room and considered a 3rd.1.They are lighter than they look on here, I got them to match my entertaintment center that is light/honey oak.These are like unfinished wood with clear coating and many visible knots. But I have spent 2 years searching online for matching colors and gave up when I found these. I live in a small town and dont have much to choose from or stores that would deliver.
2. They were actually the easiest furniture I've ever put together, you don't need instructions since the wooden parts are 5 large slabs.
3. Well the 1st one isn't level even after using a drill to tighten the screws and its not my floor.
4. The 2nd one had a magnet for the door to close against and it was drilled into an piece of thin anchor wood BACKWARDS and the screws included were too large and split the wood when you try to drill it in the way it is supposed to mount. It had pre drilled guideholes but they faced the wrong direction.So after trying to drill it in 3 times with different screws I just glued it overnight and hoped for the best.
5. The 2 interior shelves aren't actually wood, they are fiberboard type insertable shelves that dont screw in anywhere, they just lay on top of 4 pegs so they don't appear to be very sturdy to store anything heavy.
