In the picture, the headboard has a sleek, metropolitan look to it.When it arrived, it really has more of a rustic farmhouse feel to it.The finish actually looks like it's pre-rusted.It's made using thin twisted strips of metal.Not at all what we expected...On the up side, it was very simple to put together.
