When I first got this product, I was very disappointed.The box was seriously damaged and there was a big whole.
And this led to a part missing : a wheel.
The packaging quality was horrible.
The parts were scattered everywhere inside the box.
The instruction was not so clear and it was hard to connect the back part and the sitting cushion part.
The screws were extremely hard to take out and also hard to put back. If you are planning to buy this product, think again.
