I hate furniture that has to be assembled.This bench went together until the very last screw and then the side was damaged and thus it did not fit.Of course, we had spent 2 hours putting it together up until that point.It is not pure oak, it is made of oak veneers.Plus, it was covered in really fine fiber glass from the packaging material.Very disappointed and sent it back.
