This shade looks great, it's clean and stylish. Much more stylish and impressive than a ordinary wood blind. The material it is made out of is nice looking and ads a great flare to it. It blocks out light great and unlike other bamboo blinds I've purchased you can't see through it.The only bad thing I would have to say is that it was a little tough to hang- but I did it myself and it was in an awkward spot in my kitchen. My suggestion is have another person to help and buy your own screws and anchors. The screws that come with this shade are a joke, they are way to short and wouldn't hold this shade up more than a few tugs. This shade is super heavy and if you are opening and closing it everyday definitely use anchors!!
