It hasn't even been 6 months and this chair has broken! I first had issues getting the chair. Shipping time took twice as long as orginally stated. I have called customer service on several occasions with no return call. Today I finally spoke to someone on their online chat system and was told that there is only a 30 day guarentee!!!!!
