Ordered through Amazon.com and received item much quicker than expected.This was good because we were hoping to put it to use by the end of JUNE, for visitors.Unfortunately the side panels were cracked.We contacted the "Prepac" company for replacement panels.This was on JUNE 17th.Finally, after our visitors had come and gone, the new panels arrived JULY 1st.On JULY 3rd we opened the (2) separate packaged panels to discover they were not cracked, but they were BLACK.At first thinking I had not specified the style we had ordered, I checked my "sent e-mails" for the original request of the new panels.I had specified the correct style, - Sonoma Maple 2-Door Armoire.Now we will see what happens.Our on-line orders seem to usually disappoint.
