It appears that the photo of the luxurious, thick Flokati rug displayed on Amazon is of a completely different rug -- the one that I received is almost threadbare and flat.I had ordered two of the rugs, and received only one.When I requested a return, I received a very pleasant e-mail telling me that the manufacturer was being contacted, and that there should be no problem returning the item.I received subsequent e-mails, asking me to be patient.
