They should change the name to General Home everyday use knives I never do Sushi but these knives are way beyond that.
I use mine everyday for doing all the big and small chores in my
kitchen and I love them I use the two bigs ones
and they perform like magic. They are way sharp and clean-up very nicely
every body should have a least one set for themselves
I have gone and gotten two more sets for my friends I like them that much
as they really cut clean and nice
You should try a set as the price is way to low for the awesomeness of these knives.
