There is way too much plastic and cheap composite in this frame for the price.This item had a few knicks when it arrived, due to poor packing since they were on the inside and not facing the box.The drawers have metal guides, which is why I gave it a 2 instead of a 1.Without the scratches, I would have given it a 3.I am satisfied enough to not spend $100+ to return it and the drawer storage is nice.If you are looking for an OK storage bed frame and can't find another one that is a better value (I haven't looked), then this would be OK.Since it will take at least a week to arrive, take a few days to find something else.
