For two or three years I resisted forking out the bucks for a dough docker. I thought I could poke holes in my dough as well as this does, without spending the money. Boy! Was I wrong! In three seconds you're done and the pizza is perfect! When I first got it, the rolling mechanism was a little too tight - it wouldn't roll freely. A quick adjustment to a keeper nut on one of the ends and I was in business! The construction is very sturdy and, if you lived a 1,000 years, it'd still work LIKE A CHAMP!
