Contemporary Style Cappuccino Finish Wood Magazine RackThis magazine rack is simply not worth the almost $50.00 I paid for it, including S/H! When it came and I opened the packaging it came in I was immediately disappointed and knew I had paid too much! It uses the locking cams that all cheap furniture uses. As I was assembling it one of the cam locks broke into several pieces, some of it getting wedged into the pre-drilled holes. The other cam locks do not fit well into the pre-drilled holes, either.
I emailed the company asking for my money back. The following is a copy of their response to me: "Please reconsider. Our policy is the customer need to accept the part replacement. And we can send it, Locking Cams, out to you ASAP. Please confirm the quantity of the part you need and shipping address."
I sent them my shipping address and they did send me replacement locking cams. I finished assembling the product and it is holding magazines.
My only satisfaction is knowing I will never buy a product from them again and I can write a review of the product and their policies toward dissatisfied customers.
