This is a large piece of furniture which should have been carefully packaged before shipping.Unfortunately it was not.The legs are a complete puzzle which need to be resolved before one can attach them to the table top.The veneer (and it is definitely a thin veneer) is almost non-existent.So thin--and very easily scratched by the slightest touch like a fingernail when placing magazines atop?The only reason I gave this one star is for the color.This was and is beautiful.Save your money...Click Here to see more reviews about: Square Coffee Table - Dark Espresso Finish
