This item finally got to me in a box that was falling apart. It had several pieces that were damaged (whether by the shipper or just the flimsy box I don't know) when I received it.The pieces aren't labeled and the diagrams are very hard to follow.There are other companies with comparable items that make it a breeze to follow the directions.I wish prepac would contact one of these companies...Click Here to see more reviews about: Sonoma Storage Headboard
