I feel duped because this is not 3-speed like it says but rather just on/off. Plus it is very loud. I can't have it on for too long because it drives my husband and I crazy. I would have given it 1 star but I added a star for it's cuteness.

Very far from whisper quiet - having a conversation would be hard with fan on high. Fan on low is uncomfortably cold.Looks cheap.Returned immediately.
