Charleston Rope Chair - Natural Review

I ordered the Charleston Rope Chair Outback Chair CCH-237 Charleston Rope Chair.The shipping was timely and the chair arrived in one piece with quick easy installation instructions and hardware. The Charleston chair is great!We really love that you can have your legs fully outstretched in the chair like an upright hammock. The chair has thus far had no issues.The knotting of the hammock netting is quite messy and cheap looking and the bar from which the netting is hung is filled with wood filler and looks pretty cheap too but it is strong and that's what counts most of all.I do recommend bringing the chair indoors when not in use as the cotton webbing would surely not last long in the elements.

very narrow design.I was VERY dissappointed in this chair, the canvass cover did not fit very well and as such was not very comfortable at all.In addition the chair folded up on me when I was not fully reclined.I would be very cautious if you are thinking about ordering this chair.

VERY IMPORTANT:Keep an eye on the shipping charges, they ship from Canada and as such have VERY expensive shipping charges.If you decide to return the chair, they will charge you AGAIN for shipping.

Outback Chair OBBW-227 Basket Weave Lounger Review

We purchased this chair from Amazon a yr ago.After about 9 mos the ropes frayed and in Dec completely broke.The chair has been on the floor for over a month. I contacted the company and after numerous emails have gotten absolutely no where.The chair is supposedly under warranty, but my color ropes won't be available until April - It seems only the owner of the company can order things and he is away for several months! We were offered a different color set of ropesplus shipping and handling.I have been told the ropes were shipped over a week ago UPS. Still NO ropes.The office mgr. said she would check into it --- NO EMAILS OR CONTACT SINCE Jan 26, today is Jan 30.Ask me if we will purchase anything from these people again - NO way.We went out and purchased our own ropes so we can use our chair - we live in Hawaii and love sitting outdoors, but NO chair!
