For the price, this was a nice product.It is a little unstable standing on carpet.The "gold" pieces are cheap plastic like rings.I snapped one when screwing the legs together.Handle with care.Overall, you get what you pay for.I was content with the product after paying so little.

I couldn't believe how poor this product was when I opened the box.And it had nothing to do with damage during shipment.The pieces you have to assemble are extremely lightweight and not sturdy at all.The only piece that's worth more than $5 is perhaps the top piece.It may actually be wood.The finish on mine was also horrible.It looked somewhat warped and was washed out in several large and very noticeable spots.I purchased this as a book shelf and was absolutely floored at the low quality!

Winsome Wood Chinois Console Table Review

We ordered this table from Amazon for a great price with free s/h.It took less than a week to get here!It looks beautiful in our home and matches our decor wonderfully.It's been a month now and I've noticed that the table top is getting cracks that start from the outside moving in.At first they were barely noticeable, but now, they appear to look bigger and longer.We decided to keep the table and hopefully find something at the hardware store to fill in those cracks.Not sure what's causing it and we don't have anything terribly heavy on it.That's the only con about this table.I was really hoping for a strong, long-lasting table.If it weren't for the cracks, I'd give this product 5 stars.
