Guidecraft Creation Station Art Center Review

We purchased this for our children for Christmas, and the day after Christmas it started falling apart. The "wood" is actually a very cheap and flimsy particle board, and it isn't sturdy enough to hold the screws which hold it in place!
First, the hinge in the arm that holds up the drying rack fell out, the drying rack (I should mention) also came out of the box with a broken rod.
I called the company, and they are sending me replacement pieces.
This afternoon I heard a crash, and ran to the livingroom to find the drying rack on the floor. The weight of the drying rack appears to be too much for the cheap particle board, the table top edge that holds the screws is literally crumbling under its weight! So now the table top is ruined, and we have no way to reattach the new drying rack that is on the way!
I must say, I am rather concerned about letting the children sit on the stools for fear that they will collapse beneath them!
I was also very disappointed in the plastic cups for water/ paints and the trays. They are a cheap plastic, similar to plastic disposable cups. I give it a month before they are cracked or broken, and I'm requesting new ones.
I would not recommend this art station. I really wish that I had spent more money and bought one that was more durable.

Artist/Architect White Laminated Drafting Table w/Lamp & Chair Review

The chair that it came with fell apart within two days of assembly even though the directions were followed to a T. Nevertheless, I got what I expected for the price I paid and the desk is still in working order. That's all that matters to me. With the lamp, it wasn't a bad deal. Just make sure you have another seating arrangement.
