The items arrived in two packages. Quite heavy and large because it was very carefully wrapped in layers of foam and cardboard to protect the wood and glass. I received it three days before it was supposed to and put it together in 45 minutes alone! I am a 24 year old female and if I can put this together, ANYONE can! it matches my living room perfectly and is quite large, which I love.
