The lamp is very well made, strong and sturdy.The dimmer switch is what sold me on the lamp and is awesome!The product really is sharp and attractive, and everything works nicely... seems to be crafted and designed to a high standard.I'm pleasantly surprised that the halogen lamp does not get hot and doesn't create a big heat source like most lamps (especially halogen).I'm impressed with the lamp and pleased with my purchase.
